Breaking News: International Manhunt Leads to Arrest of Top MS-13 Leaders on Terrorism Charges
New York, NY (Feb 18, 2023) – Three of the highest ranking leaders of the notorious MS-13 gang have been arrested on terrorism and racketeering charges. The arrests were made by the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Eastern District of New York, in coordination with the Department of Justice’s National Security Division and the FBI.
The three men, identified as Jose Adan Martinez Castro, aka “Chucky,” Juan Alberto Ortiz-Orellana, aka “Cruel,” and Josue Alexis Ventura-Velasquez, aka “Loquillo,” are accused of leading the gang’s international operations, including drug trafficking, money laundering, and murder.
The charges against the three men are the result of a multi-year investigation into the activities of MS-13, which is one of the most violent and powerful gangs in the world. The investigation revealed that the gang has been involved in a wide range of criminal activities, including drug trafficking, extortion, and murder.
The arrests of the three men are a major victory in the fight against MS-13 and other transnational criminal organizations.
